Modula Tablet is a medication primarily used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED) in men. It helps in improving blood flow to the penile region, thereby facilitating and sustaining an erection. It is also effective in treating symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).
Modula Tablet can be taken with or without food. Take it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Do not take more than the recommended dosage. The medicine will only help you to get an erection if you are sexually stimulated. Take it about 30 minutes to one hour before you plan to have sex. Only take it if you need it and it has been prescribed to you by a doctor.
Common side effects of this medicine include headache, dizziness, flushing, indigestion, nasal congestion, muscle and back pain, and vision disturbances. Let your doctor know if any of these side effects do not go away on their own or bother you. They may be able to suggest ways to reduce or treat the side effects.
Do not use Modula Tablet if you are allergic to any of the components of this medicine. Avoid consumption of alcohol as it may increase certain side effects. Do not take Modula Tablet with other erectile dysfunction medications without consulting your doctor. This medicine is not intended for use by women or individuals under the age of 18 years.
Modula Tablet belongs to a group of medicines called PDE5 inhibitors. It works by relaxing the blood vessels in your penis, allowing blood to flow into the penis and produce an erection when sexually aroused. However, do not take this medicine if you also take medicines called nitrates (often given for chest pain).

What if you forget to take Modula Tablet?
If you miss a dose of Modula Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
