"Corbis AM 2.5 Tablet is a medicine used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure). It is a combination of two medicines that effectively controls blood pressure when a single medication is not effective. It helps to lower high blood pressure and thus reduces the chances of future heart attack and stroke. It should be taken empty stomach preferably in the morning at a fixed time every day. This medicine should not be stopped abruptly as it may result in sudden increase of blood pressure. It should be used along with a proper diet, salt restriction, and regular exercise for best results. Some patients may develop swelling of ankle as a side effect of this medicine. It may also produce dizziness initially, but this improves with time. "
Corbis AM 2.5 Tablet relaxes the blood vessels so that blood can flow more easily around your body. It also blocks the effects of some chemicals on your heart and blood vessels. This slows down your heart rate and helps the heart beat with less force. As a result, your blood pressure is lowered and this helps in reducing your risk of having a stroke, a heart attack, other heart problems, or kidney problems in the future. This medicine needs to be taken regularly to be effective, so keep taking it even if you feel well. Do not stop without talking to your doctor.
